Dedicated Deconstruction has been great to work with since our first project together over a year ago.  Communication from the site when I am not present has been outstanding.  The crew is conscientious, hard working, and efficient.  I have been very happy with the attention to detail when it comes to partial deconstruction and salvage (the guys did a great job pulling stain grade casing and bundling+numbering it all for reuse on one of our projects.)  The ability to navigate the waste stream management requirements and take care of the hazardous materials surveys and reports allows Dedicated Deconstruction to take additional work off of my plate,  freeing me up to better manage our projects.  The pricing is fair, and when the salvage tax credits are factored in, I feel that we come out ahead while providing our clients with an ecologically sound deconstruction process that we are proud to offer.
